Monster under my bed

Monster under the bed

This is a story about a boy named Chadwick

At the age of 6 he was at 1.3 feet. Younger kids had rumors that he had been held back 5 years and that he would pee his pants at night  but it wasn’t true and here is his story told by him.

My name is Chadwick. The fact is that there is a monster under my bed. I just know it.

It’s a cold winter night then I hear cats meowing at nothing at me  very quietly so only I can hear. It has fingertips as long as sticks it’s hands with massive brown warts, his hand size of baseballs, arms as small as twigs, legs with dirt and blood all over and his t-shirts had rips and holes on it. I tried to scream but nothing came out. He was even more intimidating than I thought with his blood shot eyes and millions of strands of hair. ‘’Dinner time ‘’ it gurgles ‘’please don’t eat me I plead ‘’ sorry mate but I haven't eaten in 4 minutes’’ he replies then he swolls me down in one gulp i'm not dead I say to myself as I swirl down threw his body I stop swirling. I think I'm going to be sick as I cry myself to sleep.

Later that day…

I wake up to the smell of dead rats and mice. I try to embarrass myself. I'm not normally someone to judge something but it was just really gross and disgusting and just just I threw up again. Then I wake up sweating oh it was just a ‘’dream’’ I say over and over then my dad.

I adored your post about Monster under your bed. You made me remember the time that I did writing a bit like that. Maybe next time you could use some different fonts or colours to make it look more interesting. What’s your favourite sentence in your writing? Here is a link to my blog link
