At Adrenalin Forest we had to learn about the safety rules and how to wear the harness. I had to learn how to clip on the karabiner to the wire rope.
me and a few others done level one hammered that then straight to level 3 skipped level two done that then we done level five missed level four then one the way up it was pretty scary and level five it was just climbing a ladder than zip line climbing then zip line through out the whole thing my gloves were riping because of the rope on the zip line and eventually we finished the course and my hands were so saw and tired at the end and then we headed back to school.
